Gestes

You step into a painter’s studio, coming face-to-face with the artist’s creative process. Paint spreads through the space, is projected, and glides across vast, contemporary canvases. Everywhere, creativity seems to take precedence over artistic intention—lively and spontaneous.

This creative energy gives rise to emotions that can express themselves freely, enhanced by metallic reflections of light. The abstractions play with the ideas of Tachisme and Art Informel/Matérisme, Action Painting, and artists such as Antoni Tàpies and Hans Hartung, while evoking the spirit of the calligraphic paintings of Fabienne Verdier and the style of Jackson Pollock.
